No. We're an independent advisory and delivery firm. That means our recommendations are only about what's right for your team, never influenced by license quotas or vendor incentives.

Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, and Learning. We also handle integrations, permissions, reporting, and half-yearly release readiness.

Diagnostics and Optimization work are fixed-price so you know the number upfront. Advisory is a monthly retainer. Recruiting is contingent for direct hire and hourly for contract placements. No surprise invoices.

Most Diagnostics kick off within 1 to 2 weeks. For urgent situations like an Onboarding 1.0 sunset or a stalled go-live, we can usually start inside a week.
